In addition to our annual conferences which feature inspirational speakers and educational specialists, the Trust has an embedded coaching culture, annual awards evenings, National Professional Qualifications through our Teaching School Hub. Recent leading practitioners include Dr Debra Kidd, Dr Andy Cope and Pivotal Education.

Teaching School HUB
Manor Teaching School Hub is the central point for every school in South Staffordshire, Walsall and Wolverhampton, for trusted, cutting-edge, evidence-informed CPD, developed to meet the needs of the entire education community we serve, through the golden thread, from Initial Teacher Training to Executive Leadership.

CPD
Shared CPD Opportunities include staff subject leader networks and secondment opportunities, ITT courses and placements and bespoke professional development. Facilitation of Early Careers Framework and National Professional Qualifications through the Teaching School Hub.

Annual Conference
All our Academies join together every year at a central venue where we celebrate our successes, share learning and experience keynote speakers and sessions with specialists in education, leadership, safeguarding, IT and wellbeing. Speakers have included Ashley John-Baptiste (BBC), Dr Debra Kidd (Love Learning), Dr Andy Cope (Art of Brilliance), and Penny Mallory.

PURE Coaching
In collaboration with Leadership Edge, staff across the Trust engage in PURE coaching, a 3-tier coaching programme that seeks to impact staff wellbeing, focus, effectiveness and team cohesion. Proving exceptionally effective, one of our pilot schools transformed from Special Measures upon joining the Trust, to Outstanding in 3 years.
