Driving Sustainable School Improvement Across Our Trust
We support every school in our MAT with a blend of strategic leadership, specialist expertise, operational coaching and all with the unified goal of creating futures together.
Strategic & Operational Improvement

MAT Networks
We believe collaboration is the key to sustainable improvement. Our MAT-wide networks connect staff at every level, creating spaces to share expertise, solve challenges, and celebrate successes. Together, we drive consistency, innovation, and support across all our schools.

Leadership Development
Strong leadership underpins strong schools. Through our Kilter Leadership programme, we invest in developing leaders who are reflective, resilient, and ready to take schools forward. Our approach balances strategy and people skills, helping leaders navigate the complexities of modern education with clarity and confidence. From aspiring middle leaders to experienced headteachers, our leadership pathways ensure every school has the capacity to grow and sustain improvement.
Shared Vision
Every child deserves the highest quality of education and care, no matter which of our schools they attend. That’s why we hold a shared vision for excellence across curriculum, inclusion, safeguarding and attendance. Our central team works closely with schools to set high standards, align approaches, and provide specialist expertise. This ensures that teaching is ambitious, safeguarding is robust, inclusion is meaningful, and attendance is a priority, giving every pupil the best possible chance to succeed.
School improvement coaches
At Manor MAT, we offer something truly unique. Across our trust, we provide a bespoke programme combining in-class coaching, personalised training opportunities, and pastoral guidance within a joined-up, collaborative framework. This holistic approach enables our ECTs to build confidence, refine their practice, and make a real impact in the classroom. We are dedicated to ensuring our Early Career Teachers (ECTs) receive the highest quality support and development throughout their induction period, enabling them to find their feet, grow in confidence, and enjoy the journey of becoming great teachers. Joining our trust means accessing a unique, supportive network that invests in every teacher’s professional growth and long-term success.

Specialist Practitioners
We draw on the expertise of specialist practitioners to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across our Trust. These subject and phase experts work directly with teachers, modelling best practice, sharing innovative approaches, and supporting curriculum development. Their work ensures that classroom practice is consistently strong, ambitious, and aligned with our shared vision of excellence for every child.
Tailored Support for Leaders and Teachers
We know that improvement is most effective when it’s personal. That’s why we offer a comprehensive programme of coaching, mentoring, and tailored support for both leaders and teachers. From helping new leaders build confidence to guiding experienced staff through complex challenges, our approach is flexible and responsive. By investing in people, we build capacity for long-term improvement and ensure that every school in our Trust continues to thrive.
Our Central Team Expertise
Our talented and experienced central team all contribute to our goal of school improvement. Each member uses their individual skills to tailor support for each school setting.

Rachael James, Head of School
“Having been in Manor MAT for many years, as a class teacher, a middle leader and a senior leader, I have grown both personally and professionally. The support from the trust has been an integral part of this journey of growth. The Trust works collaboratively and there are endless opportunities to share this excellence. As a proud member of Manor MAT, we ALWAYS have the children at the heart of what we do.”
Attiye Passey, EYFS & KS1 Leader
“I feel incredibly lucky to be part of Manor Multi Academy Trust, as each school continues to go from strength to strength. I feel lucky to be part of a team that supports, champions yet challenges one another, regardless of their role or experience. Although we work in separate schools, it is clear that we shine as one. The get-go attitude, encouraged by determined leaders, produces children who sprinkle magic into their curriculum, not because they're told to, but because
they WANT to.”
Jo Reynolds, Year 6 Teacher
“Being a teacher at Manor Multi Academy Trust has been a positive and rewarding journey. Their focus on student development and current teaching practices allowed me to flourish within a nurturing environment. It is a pleasure to be part of a large community with shared values who encourage individuality and confidence both inside and outside
of the classroom.”
