Rachael James,

Deputy Headteacher, Hateley Heath Academy

Having been in Manor MAT for many years, as a class teacher, a middle leader and a senior leader, I have grown both personally and professionally.  The support from the trust has been an integral part of this journey of growth.  The trust work collaboratively and there are endless opportunities to share this excellence.  As a proud member of Manor MAT, we ALWAYS have the children at heart of what we do.

Jo Reynolds,

Teacher, East Park Academy

Being a teacher at Manor Multi Academy Trust has been a positive and rewarding journey. Their focus on student development and current teaching practices allowed me to flourish within a nurturing environment. It is a pleasure to be part of a large community with shared values who encourage individuality and confidence both inside and outside of the classroom.

Attiye Passey, Teacher,

St Albans CofE Academy

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of Manor Multi Academy Trust, as each school continues to go from strength the strength. I feel lucky to be part of a team that supports, champions yet challenge one another, regardless of their role or experience. Although we work in separate schools, it is clear that we shine as one. The get-go attitude, encouraged by determined leaders, produces children who sprinkle magic into their curriculum, not because they're told to, but because they WANT to.
