1. Who is this Open Day for?
This event is designed for headteachers, senior leaders, and decision-makers in schools who want to explore best practices, network with peers, and experience our schools firsthand.
2. What can I expect from the day?
The day begins with refreshments and keynote presentations from Leaders of Manor MAT. You can engage in discussions on key topics, enjoy a free lunch, and take a guided tour of a school of your choice.
3. Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, registration is required to secure your place and allow us to tailor the experience to your interests. You can bring 2 colleagues with you. Book here.
4. Can I choose which school I tour?
Absolutely! During registration, you will be able to select from a list of participating schools to ensure you visit the one most relevant to your interests.
5. Is there a cost to attend?
No, the Open Day is completely free to attend, including lunch and refreshments, for yourself and 2 colleagues.
6. Where is the event taking place?
The keynote presentations and lunch will be hosted at Manor Primary School. School tours will take place in various locations depending on your selection.
7. What time does the event start?
The Open Day runs from 9.30am, with school tours starting shortly after lunch. Please arrive after 9am at Manor Primary School to avoid the school run!
8. Will I have the opportunity to ask questions and network?
Yes! There will be dedicated opportunities for Q&A during the keynotes, as well as time to network with other school leaders throughout the day.
9. Can I bring any colleagues with me?
Yes! You can bring up to 2 colleagues but please ensure that you register this when you book so we can manage numbers effectively.
10. How do I get there, and is parking available?
Full travel details, including parking arrangements and public transport options, will be sent out prior to the event.
11. What if I have dietary requirements?
We will accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Please indicate any needs when you register.

Our story so far...
Founded in February 2016 Manor Multi Academy Trust originated from the highly successful school improvement and partnership work led by Manor Primary School in Wolverhampton, a National Teaching School hub with a proven track record of achieving the highest of standards and a reputation for supporting the development of many schools locally improve.
​
​We are currently a MAT of 9 Primary Schools with 3300 children in our family. We are passionate about transforming pupils’ life chances and have successfully and rapidly improved several special measures schools, with our first two that came into the trust being rated as outstanding in all Ofsted areas in their first inspection cycle. Manor MAT has ensured that some of the lowest performing schools in the country, many with significantly above national proportions of pupils eligible for free school meals, have been sustainably transformed in a short space of time. Our success story is down to leaders instilling the highest of behaviour expectations, providing exceptional pastoral support with wellbeing at the centre ; utilising the most evidence-informed approach to curriculum.
